format a new USB stick FAT32
get to a command prompt
convert X: /fs:ntfs		WHERE X: is the USB stick
copy all of the files from the Hiren's DVD to X:	DVD:\ to X:\ 
open command prompt
get to the USB drive 
X:
cd\isolinux
syslinux.exe -maf -d isolinux X:	WHERE X: is the USB stick
Done
This stick will automatically boot to Mini Windows 7


Simply burn the ISO file to a DVD and it will work as a bootable DOS with choices of Windows XP or Windows 7.
